My first time EVER trying color on my natural hair, I was extremely nervous and worried about the outcome. I am so glad I went for it! Not only did Abdol do a fabulous job, I left with healthy and happy hair, he also made me feel comfortable. He walked me through everything he was going to do and how to care for my hair post color. I have booked two different appointments within maybe three months apart and same day one was canceled and the other the day before.The first appointment I was literally taking braids out and had just finished only to receive a text that says sorry going to have to reschedule. I asked to when as I had already taken the braids out and it’s Mother’s Day weekend and now you don’t t have any room to squeeze me in anywhere. He did not reply for some days. I had to keep texting. I thought he would try to work with me and make an exception stay late one day anything since he canceled last min. The second time, a day prior tells me he has to reschedule cuz he had to do something.l asked what others days are available no response back no call or anything. I called the shop because he was now doing a friends hair and had not gotten back to me with an appointment. I am totally done trying. I have been going to this shop since 2012/2013 and the inconsistency and cancellations have gotten to me. I won’t be going back as I was left with no appointment twice with no back up. So disappointing so now I will be giving someone else my money. I was going to see Mohammad. Awesome beautician but horrible keeping appointments and communicating.

If you’re scheduling an appointment for a child be sure to tell them this when you call. I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior. The person taking the appointment did not ask who the appointment was for. They told me the last appointment was at 6pm. When I arrived at 545 they told me they would not take my daughter because they stop taking kids appointments after 5. The man said if he would have known it was for my daughter he would have told me.
