I am very displeased with the service i received today, not only did i have a horrible day but i was not able to tan. I had forgotten my key card (first time) and i had asked if they could look up my name, the lady supposedly assisting me got a very rude tone and almost seemed angry at me. She told me that she cannot do anything for me unless i have a key card, i then asked if i could get a new key card and she proceeded to tell me no. I am very upset and all I wanted was to tan:/

Was looking to start a membership and the manager was VERY rude. Could tell she only cared about sales. Really sad because I’d been looking forward to finally being able to get some much-needed tanning in. Now I will not be returning to any of these businesses as she left a bad taste in my mouth.
