I had a great experience. I visited many different tanning salons in the past and this was the first time I decided to try out spray tanning. To be honest I was a bit scared, as seen a lot of people get comical results. Upon arriving I was greeted by Hailey (hopefully spelled her name right), she was so dedicated, helpful and very knowledgeable! Not only she went over every step on how the spray tan works (plus what the booth is, what they use for the spray, time for development, aftercare , etc) showed me the poses how to stand, asked me all the important questions to make sure my tan will be 100%, consulted in regards on skin concerns/expectations and chose the best solution for ME personally.

I was in Sioux Falls for a family event and needed a moment to decompress and I decided to go to to my tanning place when away from Florida. Always grateful for tanning breaks. This place has changed impressively since I was here last and would put the Zoom Tan to shame in Florida. Wish you all would move your brand to Florida (Tampa or Sarasota areas) we need you here. Your products and services outweigh what is offered here and by far more impressive, love the space in the stand up booths, room is spacious and the actual towels that are left for us to use, staff is knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful in trying to figure out what your needs are. When I come back to Sioux Falls you are my go to place for sure. I was able to get my decompress moment and feel better about the day.

Always clean and the staff is friendly and always has been eager to help and answer any questions. I have been enjoying their facilities for over a year and haven’t ever had a bad experience. I also love their spray tans as they look natural and are actually good for your skin and environmentally friendly. I won’t ever go anywhere else and recommend their salons for anyone who is interested

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWe have been vacationing for 20 years and this has been the worst service ever! We bought the highest package and all last week was upgrade week, so we were forced to wait every day, and it wasn’t until the very last day that my friend had told me we were supposed to get an upgrade of a free lotion package. None of the staff even offered. Sunday one gal had to get dressed and come out 3 times because her bed would not turn on. That was just in the 45 minutes that I was waiting for the level 4 bed I paid for! The rooms are dirty and I have often had to wipe out my own bed for tanning residue. We bought the highest package and all last week was upgrade week, so we were forced to wait every day, and it wasn’t until the very last day that my friend had told me we were supposed to get an upgrade of a free lotion package. Been tanning with Year Round Brown for almost 30 years. They run a professional business and ALWAYS make sure the customer is happy. The owner also is a tanning bed distributor so he carries only the best beds available. As I have gotten older I really appreciate their spray tanning machines too…almost to the point where I use them more than the regular tanning beds. I am a very happy customer of Year Round Brown.
