I just got my hair done today 9/30/19. They did a great job on my hair (kinky twists). They worked fast and finished in less than 3 hours. It was clean and they were friendly. It is a little tight thought. I’ll say something next time when I go back. But overall good experience

Got my box braids done here. Never again. I came in and I was the only customer there and I asked them if they had a burgundy. They told me no so I just went on ahead and got black. Then another customer came in who was apparently a regular. She wanted a color they didn’t have. I know these ladies did not get up and go to the store and go buy the color that she wanted… with me sitting right there. Seriously?!? That was really messed up. On top of that I’m shaved on the side so it should not have taken that long for them to do my hair. Well because it was three ladies and I had already been sitting in the chair for about three hours one of them left my head to help the last do the other girls hair. We walked out of there at the exact same time when I had my side shaved and she came three hours after me. That’s horrible customer service.

I’ve been there several times. And have gotten a different style each time. Usually won’t last any longer than a month. I live two hours away so I’m damn sure not gonna drive up there for them to fix something when it should have been done right the first time. This shop is a lot like most of the other ones you’ve probably been to. They have horrible customer service skills but that’s usually a given. Always talking on the phone or with each other or about you in their language. Like other shops have tvs but never on for the customer. Sometimes it’s hard for them to understand exactly what you want done with your hair. Shop cleanliness and looks doesn’t seem to be a concern with them. Definitely Looking for another place to try. Good luck!
