Horrible service and quality, nasty attitude, they act like they are giving you a favor, starting from the owner who thinks is a big shot, 48 dollars for a powder manicure, no acrylic or extensions done, my nails were clean and very short, just needed the powder manicure. They were annoyed that i walked in at 6;45 pm when they close at 8pm, only a couple of the employees are cool, after paying 48 dollars, nasty attitude, tip the woman and 4 days later one of my nails was cracked and chipped. I am not coming back to this place and I recommend to go to another place where you can be treated with respect.

They don’t have set up prices, or menu, they charge you different prices depending of how they feel. I am not going back there anymore. Owner doesn’t greet you, they make you feel that they are giving you a favor doing your nails. Dip powder

Super busy. Always felt rushed and not attended to. Loud. I made an appointment for 10am for a Saturday two weeks in advance since l had plans later on. They called me at 7:30 the night before asking me to go at 12:30 instead because they had 3 other customers booked for my time slot. Uhhh NO. What’s the point of making an appointment ahead of time then? Found a much better place around the corner Gigi nails where l an pampered in a soothing ambiance. You’ll never see my smiling face at Yaya nails.

I had a very nice experience with Mandi, when I did powder gel nails, which are supposed to last 3 weeks, mine are now in perfect shape after 5 weeks. Mandi was quick and very nice. They don’t speak a lot but than again, they don’t have to, they are doing a job. In response to the young lady before me who reviewed it about cutting and shaping. I am very particular with my nails and YOU should tell them right of the bet how you would like your nails done. (Thats what I do) That way everyone is happy.

I love the way my nails came out! I was on my way to sephora and desperately needed my nails done for my bday so I came here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. For a college student it is pricey because it’s not the regular acrylic harsh manicure. Altogether it was worth it and I will be coming here AGAIN!! I’ll just see how long this set lasts.
