When I called to make an appointment for braids,I was told 200.00. When my daughter arrived she was told it would be 260.00. When I went to the shop to drop money off to my daughter I was told 270.00. I asked for an explanation of the change and was told they used 36” hair. The hair that was used was not 36”. I will never book with this business again.

I’ve been to other braiding shops and I’ve had my hair pulled, snatched, and combed roughly but I can truly say that Yaya’s hair braiding does not do any of these things. She’s been doing my hair for 4 years never a problem. It’s done in a timely manner, reasonable prices for your preferred style. Always respectful, no vulgar language. The time goes by very fast because of laughter sand talking.

Was expecting to pay $180 for micros. When I get that was told my hair was long and its probably about 2 inches to 2 and a half inches long. I was charged $30 more for that. I don’t like unforeseen charges. I feel like this place of business swindles people out of extra money.

If i could give ZERO stars and leave a review then i would. I paid $260 for my hair to look as if it’s been braided for months when it’s only been two weeks. Braids are frizzy and sliding out left to right. My edges are a mess. Never again!

I sent the picture and she said she could do it and told me how much. Fast and neat but way to TIGHT and not exactly what I wanted. I had to take the middle out because I started to get scapes. Hair extensions
