No accountability. Followed my hairdresser of over 10 years and never had an issue. She colored my hair, used Olaplex and burned my hair. She refuses to believe that is possible and has done nothing to help. I was nice and still am but she hasnt even called to check on me. This was a 10 year relationship every 8 werks at 255.00 a visit and she has done NOTHING. I am beyond devastated. I never imagined she wouldnt be there in this situation, not even for support. I wont mention her name, she knows what she did. Just be forewarned, do NOT allow Olaplex to be used on you hair. They wont care when they use too much bleach and your hair starts to break. Ehen i called she only offers product, wont rven look at the mess she created because her schedule wont allow it. Customers and salon should take note one of your peers lacks customer aftercare and that is just as important as Services. I’ve spent almost 1000.00 trying to fix this. If you visit here be careful and don’t expect aftercare, ego doesn’t allow it to exist.

Marisa at Yates & Company is beyond the best. My hair was so damaged and she has totally repaired it. I have super curly hair and she has it so soft, bouncy, and shiny. I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from Marisa. If you want a stylist that is gentle and will actually listen to what you want, I highly recommend Marisa.
