Critical: ProfessionalismThe owner of this place is very unprofessional. She does hair during the week but rents the salon out for parties over the weekend. We had a party and ensured everything was clean before we left. My cousin was on her hands and knees cleaning to ensure she got her deposit back. She even went above and beyond and cleaned things that was there when we arrived. We took videos of the venue once complete and sent them to the owner. She kept the $150 deposit because she said the place was nasty and the floors were not mopped. Complete BS. If you deal with this lady you will be sorry. The owner of this place is very unprofessional. She does hair during the week but rents the salon out for parties over the weekend. We had a party and ensured everything was clean before we left. My cousin was on her hands and knees cleaning to ensure she got her deposit back. She even went above and beyond and cleaned things that was there when we arrived. I was told to come with my hair washed and detangled from now on, which I thought was the reason people some would think to go to hair stylists. I was also told her arm hurts from detangling my hair, which I felt was very unprofessional. She made me feel bad about my hair and I left feeling less than great. My first visits to her were pleasant. However, my most recent visit to her was far from relaxing. I was told to come with my hair washed and detangled from now on, which I thought was the reason people some would think to go to hair stylists.
