When I walked in, I had so many things to show her just to make sure she would get it right. We had to wait 30 minutes right when we walked in because she was eating during business hours. The whole thing seemed very rushed. She didn’t even check all the way around my head and now I have some irregular strands of hair on the front part of my head that look weird. She also didn’t shave the sides so that they are symmetrical. She tried to do a fade only on the left side, and failed. She didn’t listen to a thing I showed her. I had a full 360 video of the guys head and pictures of me letting her know my style that I was going for and already had when I walked in. It’s like she wasn’t even thinking of what the end result was going to be, she was just cutting hair because she was having fun. I also told her a little more than an inch cut off and that my hair being in my eyes wasn’t the problem. She cut about 3-4 in off my hair and I now have nothing to work with in the front, it just looks like some stringy fuzz. I am now depressed and regret ever going to Yasmin for my haircut. I was praying for something different because the last 3 places or my last 3 haircuts I got, not only did all three barbers not listen to what I was requesting, but they also did a poor job and rushed the whole thing. I am literally being bullied now and everyone is saying they miss the old me.

I called to make an appointment, the lady that answered was very sarcastic on the phone and said that I can walk in right away, when I got there, she said she was eating and asked me to come back in 10 minutes later, when I got back 15 minutes later, she was still eating and obviously didn’t care about customers and their service.
