Awkward customer service. When I walked in no greeting, no hello. So I’m like hello, I’m here to see if I can get a Brazilian waxing. Mind you the store is completely empty. The lady ask me do I have an appointment. I asked her is one needed, she said no… lol moving on to the worst waxing I’ve ever had.The wax look like the same wax used for eyebrows. Very dated. The most rough and painful experience I ever had. Left with still wax on skin and was bleeding. She started to clean around and I wasn’t even dressed. Just TERRIBLE
