Horrible experience I already have anxiety and going to that place made me have a meltdown when I got home and noticed the disaster. If I could give zero stars I would. If you care about how your hair looks and know how to style it STAY AWAY from this place. My hair was very long it needed a trim I go there and show the young lady a picture of the haircut that I wanted, I proceed to tell her to only cut about 2-3 inches, my hair was down to my hips now its past my shoulders how do you mess up that bad? The haircut looks nothing like what I wanted its so messed up no layers what so ever i see chunks of chopped hair randomly trough out my hair its a mess. I hate it. She asked for help around my bangs area how do you not know how to do that? How did she get her license if shes even licensed because the haircut i was asking is taught in Cosmetology school. Now I’m looking for someone to fix this mess that she made. Also my hair gets easily tangled by nature and she was complaining about that and about me having box dyed hair I went there for a haircut not to be judged. But this part will make anyone annoyed my daughter was the first to get the haircut and she tells her that we have a chicken and the stylists next to her asks me if its true and I said yes she proceeds to say “Check if she has lice” in front of everyone and very loud. How ignorant and rude. I will try and file a complain with TDLR it’s unacceptable. (Btw if yall the stylists are reading this you should check for louse on every client, its very concerning that it took my daughter saying we have chickens for you to check)
