Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThere is something not right about this place. The first time I went in, I was told I have to have an appointment but they could squeeze me in. The feeling in the place was odd. The lady was pretty decent. So the second time, I called and made an appointment. I go in to check my appointment time, and I’m told I do not have an appointment and that I’m mistaken. I had just called 2 days ago. She told me no one has appointment. She told me she was very busy and I couldn’t come in. Maybe later. So I left. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!There is something not right about this place. There is something not right about this place. The first time I went in, I was told I have to have an appointment but they could squeeze me in. The feeling in the place was odd. The lady was pretty decent. So the second time, I called and made an appointment. I go in to check my appointment time, and I’m told I do not have an appointment and that I’m mistaken. I got the hour massage with 30min foot for 70$ and when I went to pay they were demanding I tip, when they did not do more then a minimal job. I handed the lady the card and I guess she never inserted it for me, so qhen I asked for my card back because she was yelling at me for “not paying” when she was just holding my card in her hand. So I inserted it myself after she finally gave me my card, then after the payment went threw she took my card out and threw it on the counter. The whole time her and another lady are talking in a different language (I’m sure about me). I got the hour massage with 30min foot for 70$ and when I went to pay they were demanding I tip, when they did not do more then a minimal job.
