I was given a groupon as a gift to get a Swedish massage. I couldn’t even get to the door. My fiance called to book my appt. which was much needed but as soon as the woman on the phone found out it was a groupon she said they had nothing for another month for groupon. Then she proceeded to say they can only take 4 groupons a day and that she had to pay rent!!!! Wth completely unprofessional. Then after reading the other reviews we now understand. I told my fiance just to get a refund. That”s absurd behavior for an establishment that’s supposed to be focused on relaxation besides I want a relaxing massage not a painful one.

I visited Holiday House Spa because it was close to the Hyatt, and I am glad I did. After my first one hour massage, I experienced great relief. After my second one hour massage, I felt as near to normal as I have in years. I look forward to the same results this trip.

I had Cici as my massage therapist a few days ago and my experience was HORRIBLE. not only did she show up LATE but then she comes in the room and tells me she will give me extra time since she was late. Okay that’s fair. Well she didn’t. She only gave me the 1 hour. Then DURING my massage she answered the phone THREE times and also walked out of the room (leaving the door open) to help a customer that walked in. Are you kidding me??? Oh on top of that she spent about 10 ish minuets running her fingers up and down my body which was only tickling me until I finally told her to stop… that feels weird. So unprofessional and they have no customer service skills whatsoever. DONT GO HERE if you want a GOOD massage. It’s a waste of money.

My daughter gave me a gift certificate to go here so I called to make an appointment and they said “you come right now?” I said sure!! Hung up and as I was leaving called again to see if they were busy so my mother could get a massage too. This lady was rude and said if I paid cash there was appointments but for gift cards no appointments for almost 2 months!!

Went in for eyebrow wax, laid me down and started to tweeze my eyebrows. No wax involved, she didn’t ask if I was okay with that. Barely wiped off my makeup, tweezed my brows. Walked out not cleaned up at all and did not even touch in between them. Charged me $15 for 3 minutes of tweezing.
