I have been with the wonderful ladies at Yana skincare for over 6 years. They offer a wide range of services for facials, laser procedures and more. They will often have special promotions to help make these treatments more affordable. Parking is easy and their office is centrally located. I always look forward to my treatments. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Yana skincare is a women owned business and they really care about their client’s experience.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal treatments for a while now and have gone to a few different places. By far, Yana has been the best. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the treatments themselves have been the most effective. Yana Skin Care was excellent! Facility was clean. The staff was very professional and kind. Staff was very helpful through my botox experience and provided tons of information from the beginning to the end. Would definitely recommend this place and will indeed be coming back.

The injector Liz who uses Juvéderm did not administer any hyaluronic acid just asked me to pay upfront to get special. She didnt go on with smoothing the lips with filler in but put botox in the wrong area for wrinkles. She refused to treated the area the volume of my lips would have increased and be smooth and unnoticeable? She refused to used the 2 full syringes and told me to comeback. What I did receive after she aimlessly placed the needle in my face was the disgusting side effects of the needles and not 2 syringes of Juvéderm Ultra XC Plus. I was not given my 2 syringes of JUVEDERM Ultra XC Plus. JUVEDERM the most expensive filler on the market. I told my doctor and 6/16/22 visited a Nurse Practitioner with injectables experience. I reached out to them on Thursday and Yana Skin told me to send them pictures of the area. I did and the receptionist told me Liz would be at the facility Saturday. On Saturday 6/18/22 she used a iPad to take my picture and told me she could see nothing wrong with the area the used the needles in. Liz the injector and Yana skin care refused to acknowledge the side effects of no results being seen after 7 days. What typically happens when the injector makes a mistake on patients after administering filler is it should be dissolved with another solution. I was told by Liz and Yana skin care manager we are not dissolving anything you didn’t get Juvéderm she became agitated and aggressive and said do something better like come back and there would be another injector because she had other clients that need to be seen. She refused to acknowledge the injector lying for the price of the 2 syringes of Juvéderm that I never received. Afterward her facility blocked my phone and canceled the problem follow up appointment dated for June 25th 2022.

Is my second time at Yana Skin care for laser treatment for my skin and all the staff is very nice always And very welcoming. The lady that does the treatment for me is very profesional and kind before during and after the procedure. They have great prices for all treatments and they even gave me a discount for my birthday. I really recommend this place.

The customer service at Yana could be better. A few times I paid with cash and the receptionist didn’t provide a receipt, so I had to ask my technician Liz to get it for me during my numbing process because these treatments are too expensive for the staff to say that you didn’t pay; I would give Liz 5 stars if I could rate her separately because she listens to your concerns prior to treatment and she asks if you are comfortable during the process. However, their Venus Viva – Skin Rejuvenation packages are very overpriced for little to no results. For a package of 3 visits it cost nearly $4,000 yet the facility suggests that you will see best results by the 4th treatment! So why not have a package for 4 treatments? So, I asked since I’ve already bought a package of 3 and I may only need 1 more treatment is it possible to have a discounted forth treatment. I was told no so I felt obligated to purchase another 3 treatment package to get more bang for my buck. I did see firmness in my skin; however, all of my stretch marks remain when I was told that this treatment reduced stretch marks. After, my sixth treatment I was told that I should come back and try microneedling to ‘complete the job’. Uggh no thank you. Venus Viva is a new treatment in their office so I honestly just think that they are trying to push it on clients just to see how it works. Smh I’m not sure about other treatments but I WOULD NOT recommend Venus Viva.
