I went to Yan Reflexology to have deep Tissue Massage yesterday.This place is always busy. Mia –the lady did a decent good job on my shoulder and back. I felt so relieved after all.thank you,Mia. I will be back at least once every week. I paid $65 and it’s worth it.

I called yesterday to set up an appointment for 530p to do a 30 min chair massage. She said yes come at 530p. I showed up and the lady was sitting on the massage chair and told me its broken. She cant do the chair massage. I was a bit surprised she said yes on the phone and I drove from Hurst to this Burleson location because no one else in Hurst does chair massages. I was disappointed. When I asked for the table massage she said she already had an appointment with someone else. So I left. I didnt understand what the point was booking appt ahead of time.

Since the new ownership took over this year the service has went downhill. I have called to make an appointment four times. Each time I’m told they had an opening. I booked and every single time I’m told we are busy, no opening, come back later. The lady is rude each time. If you want great service with great prices go to the Burleson one next to Walmart.

Terrible customer service. The towels that were used to dry my feet were already in place and damp on the ottoman. I requested clean/dry towels twice. Prior to that, the lady kept stopping and eventually asked me to shorten my one hour foot massage to 30 minutes. It was not a good experience. I only tried this place because it’s close to my house. I’d rather drive 20 minutes

Great pricing, they are great at helping you unwind. Really good massage skills and flow to the massages. Left relaxed each time with different massage therapists.

I will not be returning to this establishment. the man that works here is always unnecessarily rough and impatient, going so far as to toss towels and throw what feels like tantrums. He’s a brute in his massages to a point where, this most recent time, I actually cried because of the amount of force. It felt like he was punching my back and just yanking on my skin. If you value a pain free experience, you won’t get it from here.

I thought the place was well kept and the dimly lit room made it easier to relax. I felt comfortable and they didn’t make me feel like it was a chore to rub my feel. She was young but knew what she was doing and payed special attention to my problem areas without me even having to ask. The hot stones was a nice touch and will be back. They are wonderful!

Some things have changed during the pandemic like most businesses I’m assuming. Except their prices. Pricing is still good. I used to love how they took their time massaging u. The most recent time I went, it was rushed and painful. True, I had tensed muscles but after asking my massage therapist to lighten up 2x, it didn’t happen. And my massage was very rushed and the energy was not relaxing this time. Felt angry…Nice people before massage and when it’s done but I don’t think I will return this time. Maybe I came on a bad day. And if that’s the case, close down shop to regroup because people are coming to u for relief and relaxation..
