Highly recommend the caves. Experience like nothing else. Detoxing, hot, sweaty, you are near naked (bathing suit only) in the dark, subjected to vapor of the water that came from the middle of the Earth!!! What not to like? Seriously awesome time. Your visit will need an appointment, bring swimsuits, extra towel if you wish. Establishment will provide white towel, small white rug for in the cave, cold water, solarium, and outdoor seating area if you wish, also showers, hot tea and impressive list of spa services. I had a chocolate wrap last weekend and loved the time. Soooo relaxing. Easy walk from downtown, parking can be limited. Overall great value for the price. Will be back soon. Keep in mind only 14 and older can go.

The staff was very helpful and gave us a guided tour of the facility. They explained everything that they offered, and made our visit (1st timers) very comfortable. The private hot tub was really good for soaking. My wife also had a spa treatment that she enjoyed. Overall it was a great experience.

I was amazed to learn that this place was home to the only natural Vapor caves in the entire USA. It was the best natural sauna I’ve ever sat in in my life and very therapeutic and relaxing. This place offers a variety of services other than just the caves. They do all sorts of stuff so check out their website to see what all they have. I ended up doing the caves and taking a 45-minute mineral bath which was amazing. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place!

This place was amazing. The vapor caves were one of the nearest most relaxing experiences I’ve had. I also had a facial and massage and both were wonderful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because as wonderful as this place is, the amenities are not even close to size inclusive. If you’re plus size, take your own robe and towel. I’m a size 18 and the robe want even close to being able to close. I had to ditch it and walk around in my swimsuit the whole time which was mildly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a great experience and the staff was fantastic.

5 stars for the unique and fun experience! We loved the vapor caves and used the full 2 hours. They have tubs available that you can fill with cold water and they give you a wash cloth that you can use to refresh yourself and there is a cold shower available in the caves too. It was definitely a cool experience to be in a natural steam sauna. We then enjoyed a couples mineral bath. It was fun!

I wanna do the massage for 5ppl at the same time, but thay don’t have enough spots for that, a little sad. However, the vapor cases n mineral bath Add Rosemary and Lavender Aromatherapy Oils were really good, I love those things, hope next time will have spots for the massage

Went in for the vapor caves and it was such a unique experience! I loved every second. Facilities were very clean, you get fresh cucumber/lemon water, towels to use. They even gave me a free gift for my birthday, which made my day extra special. I cannot wait to come back and try spa packages next.

5 stars to my facial from Sandy. The products, and her techniques felt outstanding. I feel refreshed, relaxed, and detoxed. Steam, extraction tool, hot towels, great feeling products, etc. I highly recommend these spa services that use the higher end Aveda products. No sales pitch or highlights to what they are using. Something to note, spa service does include access to the caves in your price.
