Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery bad business?!! And very unprofessional I had a 9am appointment set even called five minutes before to confirm and everything was good until I arrived! I got there and it was four other clients outside saying they had 8 and 9 am appointments . My appointment got canceled and rescheduled for 3:30 I came back on time and still didn’t receive my service until 5 once getting in the chair with yola the owner!!! She started on the side of my head and about four braids in took an hour break and disappeared to idk where. Came back picked up her speed but I noticed that my knotless were VERY sloppy ! When asking her to fix the problem she got very nasty about it saying she didn’t feel like it and that she was tired with no time to go back to fix over work and complete my hair. She said if I didn’t like she’d have to take them out so she cut the braids while I was in her chair and told me to get out her chair!!! And take them out myself SHE IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST!!! And the cherry on top is the fact she was going to get 240 out of me !!!Service: Box BraidsVery bad business?!! Very bad business?!! And very unprofessional I had a 9am appointment set even called five minutes before to confirm and everything was good until I arrived! I got there and it was four other clients outside saying they had 8 and 9 am appointments . Worst African shop ive ever been to . I was quoted 180 over the phone and Told $240 when I arrived. I suppose to have small knotless but they are very lumpy at the root and sloppy .
