So I just want to say that as a customer of ebony I’m disappointed in the fact that this happened to my hair and my niece and we had to take it out in a week and I asked her to be compensated she said sorry no refunds nothing in her shop stated that also come on people why wouldn’t you also reached out to her husband who referred me and his response was to take them to small claims court , this should not be that serious over 90 dollars but I guess that’s how they handle it our scalp ripped from braids being to tight
