I have gone here a few times and will continue for nails… only through Sam. She was the only one who truly knew what she was doing. I have gotten my nails done by three other girls here in the past. One doesn’t work there anymore, but she was okay. (Only got a manicure from her). Another girl was brand new and started doing my nails.. she took 3 hours for a new set of poly gel x. (Fresh meaning I had nothing to soak off). She didn’t even do my nail art because she “wasn’t comfortable” and made another girl do it. The third girl is just completely unprofessional. I made an appointment with her weeks in advance and the night before my appointment late at night I get a confirmation text from her. I stated I would be there (mind you I live 50 minutes away). As I am on my way to the salon, I get a text saying that she had overslept and couldn’t do my nails that day, she didn’t even bother to ask me if i could come in an hour later or something. Then, my most recent time coming in some ladies came in for that same girl that blew me off and said “she told us she is running behind”. That same girl (number three) had not shown up for the ladies that came in way after me by the time I left.

I got nails done here. It was a nice atmosphere and very well decorated inside. The staff was nice and friendly but they weren’t prepared for our appointment when we got there and had to find an extension cord to plug in the pedicure chairs before we could get started. I got the deluxe pedicure and a polish change on my nails. I was disappointed with the pedicure, because I didn’t get my toe nails filed at all, or toe nails clipped and she didn’t trim my cuticles. I was expecting her to use the foot file that was there, but she didn’t. I still have rough heels and the polish wasn’t cleaned off the edges of my toes and didn’t cover the whole toe nail… It looks messy. I did like the polish color options though and was able to get gel on my toes and finger nails. Unfortunately, the gel is chipping already after one day… All in all it was nice there but wouldn’t recommend getting a pedicure there.

The girls at Yahss Claws & Cuts never disappoint! The environment is amazing they never make you feel like a outsider once you walk in you are treated like a old friend. Sam always does my nails and I always get tons of compliments the GelX is the way to go. Chance did such a amazing job on my daughters hair that I am getting mine done tomorrow! He took the time to go over color, and what to expect and how to do the upkeep with me today since this will be my first time having vivid color! You can’t ask for better service then this place!
