Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had an amazing experience and I truly believe some of the reviews I read prior to coming in here may have been written by truly miserable people. I had the pleasure of meeting Kaitlyn and she did my acrylic manicure and she was so personable kind, professional, and her skill was impressive! I am so happy with her work. I decided at the last minute to get a pedicure and another Kaitlyn did that for me. She was professional and so kind as well and really paid attention to detail. I really have enjoyed this salon and the owners are very kind as well. Will return every time!!! I had a lot of great laughs and conversations while I was there. I had an amazing experience and I truly believe some of the reviews I read prior to coming in here may have been written by truly miserable people. I had the pleasure of meeting Kaitlyn and she did my acrylic manicure and she was so personable kind, professional, and her skill was impressive! I am so happy with her work. I decided at the last minute to get a pedicure and another Kaitlyn did that for me. She was professional and so kind as well and really paid attention to detail. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOne girl already was messing up my nails as I was there the first time. My nails were bumpy and peeling within two days. I went back they offered to fix it for free ( which WAS sweet on their part) but then proceeded to do a design and nail color that wasn’t even close to what I wanted. I left crying and they didn’t even seem to care.Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy mother just left this place. She said it was the worst pedicure she’s ever had in her life. The short old lady with glasses, was very rude. My mom told her from the get go she had a sore foot and the lady picked her foot up and slammed it down not once but twice then put all of her weight on her sore foot. Also wouldn’t make her water warmer for her when she asked. Rushed my mother with the nail thing to pick a color with, said someone needed it and when she got it she went and sat it down. Also, she did her eyebrows, the wax was barely warm and when she was done she didn’t let her look in the hand mirror, she said “YOUR DONE” …. do not recommend this place to anyone.Service: PedicureMy mother just left this place. My mother just left this place. She said it was the worst pedicure she’s ever had in her life. The short old lady with glasses, was very rude. My mom told her from the get go she had a sore foot and the lady picked her foot up and slammed it down not once but twice then put all of her weight on her sore foot.
