Critical: QualityDecided to try VIP Nails’s in Catonsville. Omg!! Big disappointment. The tech cut my cuticles so bad they bleed, paint job was sloppy, and my toes looked dry afterwards. Bizarre! And a couple days later, I got a rash on my feet. No wonder the place is always empty. Never again!! Service: Pedicure
Decided to try VIP Nails’s in Catonsville. Omg!! Big disappointment. The tech cut my cuticles so bad they bleed, paint job was sloppy, and my toes looked dry afterwards. Bizarre! And a couple days later, I got a rash on my feet. No wonder the place is always empty. Never again!! Pedicure

I looooved the way my nails were done when I went a couple of days ago. I was a little skeptical because this was my first time going to this nail salon and the decor was not very extravagant. But, this nail salon is a diamond in the rough nevertheless. I needed a full set before work. Nancy knocked out my nails and they looked beautiful, I even gave her a difficult nail shape to follow, but she did it successfully!

I just moved around here and needed my nails done before I went out of town. So I figure I would give them a try. I came in at 618pm and they apparently closed at 7 so the woman there asked me to come back tomorrow…so I guess I will just come back never and will take my money elsewhere. If you have business hours posted you should adhere to those hours. Very rude and inconvenient…guess i will try other places of the area.

Very inexperienced nail techs not only did the tech cut my finger when cleaning my cuticle but they polished my nails very sloppily. Also very over priced for the service provided
