I absolutely love this salon! Started off with an “Imperial Pedicure” and was super happy with the products used. My feet & skin felt so soft & I felt very relaxed afterwards. Then , decided to have some acrylic nails put on and ‘Jimmy’ was my nail tech, he did an amazing job!!! My nails came out exactly as I was hoping for after showing him a picture of what I wanted. He took his time to make sure the nails were well shaped and I’m so satisfied. I’d give this place another star if I could. Thank you so much Jimmy! I can’t wait to come back next month.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been going here for a while. This is the second time I feel it’s below standards and needed to review. They left dip all over my skin. They had big blemishes on two red nails; they asked if they could just leave them if that was ok? I said no, why would I want blemishes, and had to make them fix them. Then they forgot to coat a piece of my accent nail with shine and now it’s rough. I didn’t notice that till I got in car and I’m not going to go fix a third one. More interested in quality of people they can see now, versus quality. Definitely missing the fine details.

Dirty nail stations and unsanitized tools- files and cuticle cutters not cleaned between clients. Lovely people but cleanliness not up to my standards. Plus was the polish was applied without having to cleanup with remover (thus drying the cuticles). nice surprise, sadly

Very skilled. Only complaints are that the lady working on my nails was rude and rough and the nail polish was completely gone (chipped away) within 3-4 days and it left my nails in terrible condition. They were brittle, short and weak.

Y Nails is clean and usually good however based on my visit today I needed to write a review. My 2 friends and I had a 2:30 pm appt – 2 of us for dip and one for gel (all specifically for refills and 2 of us are repeat customers). Todays appointment took over 2 hours – within that time, other customers were taken, my nail tech left several times, and then instead of the normal dip polish with uv light, I had clear polish put on and then told to dry my nails. At that point, I had it, I’ve been here for 2 hours and now need to dry my nails. When I said I’ve been here for 2 hours, I just got a sorry that definitely was not genuine. If you have anything remotely important to do after, make sure you ask about their timing since an appt is not guaranteeing anything.

I’ve been to so many nail salons in America and I hate to say that this one is sadly bad. I’ve made an appointment in the afternoon and it turns out that they are so busy and they still continue to accept walk – in. I needed a manicure and pedicure and I had 3 different people attend to me. They swap their staff continuously while attending to me to accommodate appointments and walk-ins.

I have been going here awhile and have been pleased except that they do not answer the phone a lot and dont return calls when you leave a message. I finally got them on phone and made appointment. I commented on the phones and was told they were too busy to answer and to tired at end of day to call back. Went for an appointment today and asked why they had to leave the acetone on so long as where I go at home it is not so long. He asked me if I was a nail technician. I also told him he needed to put a tip one one nail that he did not last time when it was cracked on the side and it broke very low and was bleeding the next day. He took the dip off and said I can’t do your nails you can go somewhere else. I asked why and he said “You know why” He left me with jagged undone nails. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Left me in a lurch trying to find someone else. Guess business is good if you can treat people and customers this way.

The guy who did my acrylics and my pedicure was awesome , he got the shape and design perfectly. They’re my favorite set I have ever gotten! I rescheduled as soon as I was done because I was so in love with the place. 10/10 reccomend anyone who wants a great experience, to go!
