The staff is extremely friendly and they know exactly where your muscles are fatigued. I had been a long time client at another place, but I have to say the price there was double and it was almost impossible for me to visit as frequently as I can at Y & H. The staff is extremely friendly and they know exactly where your muscles are fatigued. Critical: QualityWent in for a foot massage the place was not at all quiet. A worker came into work while I was having my foot massage in a room that was not at all it’s not at all massage friendly. The front door was open and the light was coming in period it was very stressful did not enjoy my foot massage at all

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThe place is apparently under new management and refuse to accept groupons that were already paid for even though it wasn’t expired . Groupon would not refund the money either, would only offer a credit , so I paid for a service , was not able to get the service and was not able to get my money back
