I have been going to Y&B for 3-4 years now and LOVE THEM. The prices are good, they always do an amazing job, and they have such huge hearts. I have had “nail emergencies” when they were closed and was forced to go somewhere else, but the other places never compare.

Alright, so I waited to see if I would receive a response from a manager or owner. A simple apology or some concern that one of their nail techs represented them with poor customer service and subpar nail service would have been enough for me to feel satisfied wasting my money. I came in last Saturday to have my nails filled for the first time. The gentleman that did my set was wonderful, and my nails were absolutely beautiful. I felt confident that I would have the same level of service the second time. When I arrived there was only myself and another customer. The tech yelled at me when I asked her opinion of what nail shape she thought would look best on me. telling me I should already know what I want when I came in. She was the “professional”, and I wanted a professional opinion. Even with me saying what I wanted she didn’t do what I asked. She rushed through my nails, burned me, my nails were not the same length. She did such a poor quality job on my nails that they all broke off with in 10 hours of having them done. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed the next day.

If I could give them a 10 star I would every time. I’ve been going here for several years. They are, by far, the best I’ve ever had. We travel several months a year haven’t had the level of service I receive here when traveling. I cannot wait to always come home and get my nails back to healthy and beautiful. I feel like I am welcome and part of a famly every time I walk in the door.

I went for the first time after seeing posted reviews taking me and my daughter and charged $40 (for me) & $35 (my daughter) for mani/pedi’s only, which i thought was a bit much and felt taking advantage of. being nice is awesome but your work lasting would be an added wonderful and a return customer. polish started chipping off the second day (done on a Thursday night and chipping Saturday morning!) and started looking like crap…. had special dinner reservations for Saturday night and had to try to cut them so they didn’t look so bad only to see the next morning chipping more again!! have to go pay someone else to get them done again….wont be going back!!

This is the only nail salon i will go to. Nam & Katie are the best! My friends and I are regulars and HUGE PLUS they have HGTV on everyday! Fixer upper and a manicure! what could be better! Always a flawless set each time!! Have ZERO complaints!

I’m a very picky person and after trying out multiple nail salons I came across Y&B Nails. For the last 2 years, I faithfully see them every 2 weeks. They are very professional and make sure everything looks perfect before I leave. I have heard there are multiple locations but I only go to Sawdust! I haven’t been disappointed yet and ive had my nails done by every technician there!!! Thank you : )

Went in today for the first time. Clean, very friendly, and HGTV on tv (always a plus). Nam was very accommodating to help me find the color I was looking for. He did a beautiful job on my shellac manicure with great attention to detail. Looks flawless!

Last weekend, my daughter and I went to Y & B nails to pedi. Nancy did for us. We feel very happy to have had nice clean feets with cute toes design. I gave her $ 20 tip. If you want Nancy to do for you, call to make an appointment with her because she only worked at the salon on the second weekend (Sat and Sun).She is the youngest woman in the salon.

Went in during my lunch break for a mani/pedi and asked if one hour would be enough time for both. Chanpidor assured me it was “plenty of time.” Another lady began my pedicure while Chanpidor decided to do a pedicure on herself? By the time my pedicure was over, 40 minutes had passed and they wanted to begin my manicure. There wouldn’t have been any time for a manicure unless it was rushed so I left with just a pedicure. Very disappointed in the services, would not recommend.

Worst nail salon in the woodlands. They have a great Wednesday special but they rush through the process and do not do their manicures and pedicures correctly. I would rather go down the street and pay $7 more to get my manicure and pedicure done correctly. I have tried Y&B several times and each time the experience gets worse and worse. Last time I went to had to go home and immediately repaint my nails. DO NOT GO TO Y&B NAILS!
