If anyone is looking for a good nail salon I highly recommend Xu Nails & Lashes in Watertown. Not only was this place very welcoming, but fairly priced as well. Candice was my nail tech and she has done my nails better than anyone here in New York that I have experienced. She is fast and honest, I got a pedicure and my nails done and I was done in an hour and a half!

I absolutely love Xu nails! Henry is my nail tech and he is always precise when coming to my nails and everything he does. Great conversation with him and the atmosphere of the nail salon is so welcoming. All the staff are friendly and deliver great service. The pricing is reasonable and my nails last for a good amount of time! Oh yeah don’t forget pedicures! Great massages and all! Definitely go there if you’re looking for good services!

I got a pedicure and full set. My daughter a pedicure and manicure. My nails are horrible, most are Crooked and completely flat. My daughters manicure peeled off within 20 minutes of walking out the door. For the price we paid I am highly dissatisfied

Customer service is the worst, from someone that speaks multiple languages you pick up when someone is talking about a person in a different language.There is zero attention to detail in their work, a preschooler keeps the paint in the lines better than them.
