My husband scheduled appointments for him and I weeks in advance and called the night before to confirm. Upon arrival the next day one lady showed up and decided that there was no one to do the massages. Horrible! Unprofessional, I do not recommend this establishment.

We called at 5pm to see if they had availability to which we were asked to pick a time. We told her between 6:30 and 7:30pm. The representative said that would be fine and to come by. When we arrived we walked in and were told with zero care or eye contact that they were very busy (no one and nothing in sight) Basically shrugged away without care even when we told her that we had called prior to arriving.

Massage is okay on average but you will short changed your time AND THEN STILL EXPECTED TO TIP!!! You pay first so I ended up paying for 90 minutes, getting massaged for roughly 70 then asked to tip on top.

This place used to be good 3-4 months back but that is no longer the case. The price went up $10 from $60 to $70/hour massage, they will also charge you the $3 transaction fee. They require you to pay it up front. I opt to tip in cash at the end. The main massage therapist who I loved, is now the receptionist. Her replacement is not experienced. She spent about 30 min on my back, and didn’t stop until i asked if she was aware it was a full body massage. I asked for deep pressure but that resulted in elbows in my rib and harsh motions repeatedly in areas that were tender from 10 min of work. She lacked technique and spent more time rubbing me than actually massaging me. She did not use oil on any parts of my body outside of my back. I was asked to sign a waiver saying I would not dispute the transaction with my bank and I now understand why people may have been disappointed with their service. I can not in good faith recommend it. I went here as they take walk-ins, and were once really good, but with the increase in price and decrease in service, I will not be returning.

Great customer service, very helpful, informative and professional. 3 different masseuse levels- student, senior, master and the price of the massage varies based on the level of the masseuse. However, they have packages that include massage with manicures, pedicures as well as facials. Price also varies based on the amount of time and services this Spa has to offer.

First time and last time , you will not get the full time you paid for , and you will have to pay tips and even i didn’t like it I still gave $5 tips and she asked me to give her $10 , and I said NO! , it’s not about money but it’s not worth the tip.

Well.. when I paid for 90 minutes, it did not feel like 90 minutes and regarding the massage, I’ve definitely had better. I guess this place could be of interest to those who like the concept of happy endings, which I was sure it was going to happen if I didn’t set the boundary.

I was skeptical from when I called and made the 90 minute appt (due to the language barrier), to when I pulled up to the business (it looks a LITTLE sketchy). BUT….it was all made up for, once I got on that massage table and my masseuse started. There was definitely still a language barrier, but it wasn’t something I couldn’t get through .”strong” and “not strong” were understood as the English “harder” and “softer”, and she made sure I was doing ok throughout the massage. One of my favorite things was that at the end, when she took a hot towel and wiped off all the oil she had previously rubbed on me. I thought that was amazing, considering I hate putting my clothes on and staining them, along with putting my shoes on and slipping around in them. None of that, this time!
