If I could put 0 stars for this place I would. I booked a session at this place for a massage yesterday at 3 pm using a coupon from Groupon. I called them to confirm my appointment, then they told me that my appointment was actually booked for 4 pm. I let it slide because I thought it may have been a misunderstanding, and I rescheduled for 1 pm. When I arrived at 1 pm, they lied to my face and told me that we had agreed on the phone that my appointment was cancelled. That never happened. All we agreed on on the phone call was to reschedule for 1 pm and we confirmed that. They put me in a room for 20 minutes by myself and brought someone to speak to me. The man who came and spoke to me claimed that he was next to the lady I spoke to when she was on the phone with me and backed her lie up and said the same lie she said. I couldn’t believe what happened. I have never been to any place with service this poor. They wouldn’t even reschedule the appointment for me and they just said that if I wanted my money back I would have to contact Groupon. Throughout all of this they were very rude and spoke to me in a very impolite manner. Do not waste your time and go to this place unless you want the worst customer service treatment.

I bought a Groupon for a couples massage for this place. My boyfriend was a little hesitant about the massage since the last massage we had at a different spa left him more tense than when he arrived. This place was fantastic! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. The massage was perfect, we felt like we were walking on air when we left. We highly recommend and it is likely that we will be going back.

I cannot say enough good things about what Anthony has done for my areas of tension and pain. This is the best massage experience ever, and I have done 3 massages here now. I have been happy with massages I have gotten in other places – quite a few in fact – but nothing like this. The price is so unbelievable for what I get. I highly recommend a massage with Anthony.

Xscape is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. It is always clean and everyone is very professional. Massage therapist Lucy is the best! She is very skilled in removing back, shoulder, and neck tension. My only recommendation would be to get table warming pads (especially in the colder months).

Hands down the BEST MASSAGE I’VE EVER HAD!!! Lucy and Olga are amazing and have been blessed with a amazing gift. Lucy asked me what she wanted me to focus on and did exactly as I asked, it was so relaxing and she took out all the knots in my neck! Olga gave me so much info on how to take better care of my skin and the microderm facial was a wonderful first time experience. Customer service was A1. Even though this spa is almost an hour away from me, I would gladly make this drive again. The only problem I had was trying to get the appointment. The first time, I left a voicemail but no one called me back. Then I called a second time and was able to book.

I was told over the phone my massage was gong to be 50 dollars. when I arrived I noticed it said 48 dollar massage. I was asked to pay up front so not knowing what I was getting into I tipped only 10 dollars making the total 60. I noticed the next day that I was billed 68 dollars for what was possibly the worst massage I have ever received. I called to ask for an 8 dollar adjustment and was told by the receptionist my massage was 58 and a 10 dollar tip made it 68. Not sure why I was billed more than the posted rate on the website and in the lobby but I will not be going back.

A nice little place Sonja is the best. She has the best pressure. I’ve got her twice and she is freaking awesome. She found a knot in my back that I did not know about and didn’t feel and she took care of it and it’s gone. You can also use a Groupon which is really nice and save you some money. But if he definitely go you definitely need to get Sonya she is awesome once again. You will not be disappointed by her. And the reception is very nice and very sweet as well.
