I recently started to come here for a waxing. So far I’ve had two waxing sessions and both times were amazing. My first session was the first time I’ve ever gotten waxed. Thankfully Tony was able to walk me through the process as well as make everything as comfortable as possible. The service was amazing, he’s a great conversationalist, and he recommends the best products to use to keep your skin healthy. My partner and I have another upcoming appointment for a wax again and we are always happy with the work that Tony does!

I been going to Yeni for over four years. Throughout the years never did I have any problem with the service she provided. She really is great, she is easy going and has amazing waxing skills. The reason I no longer recommend going to her is because the service provided by her staff is poor. Last month I showed up to my “appointment” only to be told by Tony the appointment he “had” set for me the month prior didn’t exist and I didn’t have an appointment (he was the one who book my appointment and I even received the text the day prior “confirming” my schedule appointment.) He was rude and very unapologetic even after he realized HE dropped the ball. The whole time Tony acted as if it was my fault that I showed up to an appointment he forgot to cancel. He tried to accommodate me to come back a different day that week but since I had already left work early and had made babysitting arrangements for that day I decided to go elsewhere and asked to reschedule 6 weeks later. The day of my new appointment gets here and I receive a text that same day making me aware my appointment was canceled because they were going to be close. I chose to go elsewhere again instead because I had already arrange my work and personal day to make sure I made it to this appointment. When I asked Tony to reschedule me for next month (one hour after his initial text) I never received a text back during the whole day. Time is money and my time was not respected. And the worse part is that I never even received an apology for that first incident that clearly was not my fault… I’ve recommended so many people here and they all love Yeni but they all complain about the poor service/people skills of the staff. Needless to say I am done with this place as soon as I get my money back.

Started going to Tony fairly recently but have had nothing but a positive experience with him. He’s responsive and attentive and makes the whole experience very comfortable. Will continue to go to him for sure! Waxing

Yeni Oh Yeni! She’s AMAZING! I’ve been going to her for 4 years now and to say the least I started as pregnant and month before I was due with her. Never waxed before and She walks your through your wax session. like it was mentioned prior she makes everytime personal! It’s girl time and she’s such an open spirit. I’ve had to cancel multiple times and yes they don’t reply same day but do get back to you and are very accommodating. If you’ve ever been to her you would know shes taken pride in her business and these small things shouldn’t matter as she’s thorough with her waxes. Very attentive to little hairs that may be left as well as education about ANYTHING! Personal or work related. Thank you yeni and can’t wait to continue our journey together!

Yeni is amazing! I have been waxing with her since the basement days every one of our sessions is definitely girls time, we laugh, we talk serious, we talk business, the process is always quick. Even after being gone for a little while (my own reasons not Yeni) the moment I was back was like I never left. Yeni was my first Brazilian wax! Started off going to her when she was doing it at her house in her basement! I was the Starbucks girl at the time and she made me feel comfortable. She’s the only wax lady I ever been too and I followed her on fb, snap, Instagram you name it. Seen her start from the bottom to her first salon where I went to as well. To her then moving to another salon, making her own waxes and products just watching her grow!!! Loved the dedication she puts towards her brand and her customers! When anyone talks about getting a Brazilian I yell at the top of my lungs Yeni is the Gal to go to! Always gotta rep you!!! Yeni is a special person. Knowing someone who genuinely loves their job so much to educate everyone, anywhere (even the Cubs and Sox game ) I can completely respect. Her passion shows in her work and social media pages. These are secrets that many professionals wouldn’t dare to expose. But you end up feeling comfortable and confident. Yeni educates you with women like you and I. I recommend that you invest in yourself. Laser can be an investment but I highly recommend. I am doing 8 sessions and half way through my results are life changing. I feel comfortable asking questions and I know I can trust her. That’s so important. If you’re going back and forth please choose yourself and get yourself the best, Yeni.
