I was referred to this salon because another salon messed up my hair so to fix the problem they sent me to this salon. First off Rachel was amazing. She called me the day before my appointment to have a consultation to see what I wanted and to see how she could fix the problem. She was extremely professional and too the time out to listen. When arriving to the shop it was very clean and everyone had on masks and gloves. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. I got a haircut so I went to the barbers in the front and did not go into the salon. James was amazing and know what he is doing with the clippers. I did not feel uncomfortable being in a barber shop at all everyone was very down to earth. James gave me an amazing undercut with a design and even though I did not go on the other side where the salon is Rachel still made sure to come and visit and tell me hi. Just great customer service. Black owned salon!! Loved loved loved this salon. I was referred to this salon because another salon messed up my hair so to fix the problem they sent me to this salon. First off Rachel was amazing.
