Customer service is terrible! I asked to put my name on the wait-list and they decided not to have one. Literally, ” just stand nearby for 30 minutes and we will ask whose next!” What kind of process is that!! You all need better management and accountability. I spend thousands of dollars a year on your service. I am thinking not anymore!

I’ve had a long day starting at 430 am west coast. Delayed trip and not getting in till 2am. Decided to get 30 min massage for neck and back. With 10 min left asked to work on lower back. Times up and instead of $42 I’m charged $72. Although I think I was in appropriately treated I still gave her a 20% tip. Not envying anyone who has to work late Friday night in an airport. Won’t do it again. Hope she appreciated the extra funds.

I hate to say it but I had a horrible experience at the one near concourse A. The lady did try but the attendant didn’t know the price differences for her services. They were out of white gel to use for the French tips (obviously not her fault) so I agreed to get regular French tips. I had a broken nail and she tried to just paint it to look shorter than all the rest and didn’t try to fix the chip in my thumbnail before just painting over it. I stopped her and left since I just didn’t have time anymore and being tapped in the forehead by another attendant multiple times while she attempted to name every character on the bill of my hat (even if I wasn’t military I wouldn’t feel comfortable with this) I was just ready to go. I’m sure they do a good job otherwise.

I had some time between flights, about 2 hours to be exact. My nails were in desperate need of help for my upcoming vacation because the dye on my jeans had apparently, and permanently rubbed off on them. The bluish black stain on my pink gel looked awful. I was sitting in the delta sky club, and I called the xpress spa at 833 to see where they were located and if I would have enough time. I was sat in a comfy lounge chair and told it would be a 20 minute wait which would have been fine for my 1000 board time within the same terminal. As I waited, I was sitting next to the only other person getting her nails done, the tech Paola was talkative and interested in the customer. When she got done with that client she told me “I’ll be back I have to go to the bathroom”. She was gone for 15 minutes and my manicure did not start until about 920. When she came back she never introduced herself to me, she asked me which color I picked and that was about it. She never had one conversation with me, until it was 1000 and maybe she felt obligated to ask me where I was going since I wasn’t done and it was time for me

Heaven! I will definitely use Express spa again. After an 8 hr drive and delayed 5am flight, I was feeling tired. Without missing a beat they offered me a blanket/eye mask and let rest for a few hours in a massage chair. This Saved my day and quickly corrected my mood. So grateful to all who works at this Express spa. My nail looks beautiful and I’m rested before an important meeting. Couldn’t say thank you enough!
