Told me it would take 30 min to remove regular gel polish , absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been doing gel manicures for 10 + years and it takes 5-10 min to remove. Either they were trying to find a way to up charge me or they have people working there that have no idea what they are doing.

Just had a 30 min neck and back massage next to gate B24 at JFK. The lady had no clue what she was doing – kept rubbing her hands so hard against my T shirt that she scratched my skin a few times. Very bad experience and then forced to give her a tip! Never again. I should say the guy on the other side was doing it properly using his elbows to press on pressure points. Company should pay more attention and train their staff – will not recommend infact will ask all friends and followers to stay away from this place

Got a 15 min head and neck followed by a 15-min foot massage. My masseuse weirdly had no sense of symmetry on the head and neck massage and did one side completely differently than the other. Then I discovered why: during the foot massage she was either nodding off and falling asleep (literally her head kept dipping so low that her hair kept touching my feet) or she was on drugs. Not sure which. But she woke up seemingly for the payment part. A colossal waste of money or an already overpriced product.

The masseuse was sniffling the entire time she was working on my back and shoulders. Pretty horrific actually. In general these locations are ok and a good way to kill an hour or so but the quality of the experience is entirety dependent on the person who happens to be on duty.

Just left the XpresSpa at Terminal 4 across from gate B25. Awesome service albeit a bit expensive. Elizabeth did a classic pedicure for me which cost me $60. My nails look great! It was a little odd that they didn’t use the foot bath but I feel like it was a fairly normal pedicure. The foot and leg massage was so good, I asked for another 15 minutes. They were having a special with 2x 15 min massages (any type) for $70 so I opted for the leg and foot massage and a neck and shoulder chair massage. Candice did my neck and shoulder massage. If you are into deep tissue and trigger point therapy, this is your woman! She really got out the knots; better than my massage therapist at home in half the time. If I’m ever back at JFK, I will definitely stop by again.
