I’ve been here twice with my son to get braids and a hair line. This is the only place where I haven’t had to stand over my son and coach him to sit through getting a hairstyle. When my family and I moved to LA from OH in 2020, I was in search for a hairstylist for my mom who was 92 years old at the time. I found Xpressions on-line. On her first visit, my mom fell in love with Jhanae’. Even though Jhanae’ became her hairstylist, my mom fell in love with Leon too. Both Jhanae’ and Leon have always shown my mom such care, concern and respect. Furthermore, every time Jhanae’ does my mom’s hair, it places a big smile on her face. My mom has always been extremely pleased with the outcome of her hair and the kindness she always receives, and so have I. You can’t help but appreciate people who treat your elderly parent(s) like royalty and, on top of that, make them happy and look good too! I highly recommend this salon.
