Critical: QualityThis was my first time going to this nail salon, I thought to give it a try because it was one of the few opened on a Sunday with a good rating. I thought the service was good until it got to my mani. I got a gel pedicure and gel mani. The UV light absolutely burned. I always get gel at my got-to-salon and I never had that problem. But my nails felt SO HOT, and I had to pull away every time and wait a few seconds to put them under the light again because the stinging sensation was so uncomfortable…… I didn’t have my gel on for more than 1 week and they started popping off. Why?! I’ve had gel that has lasted me A MONTH. They were literally popping off like press ons. This was my first time going to this nail salon, I thought to give it a try because it was one of the few opened on a Sunday with a good rating. I thought the service was good until it got to my mani. I got a gel pedicure and gel mani. The UV light absolutely burned. I always get gel at my got-to-salon and I never had that problem. Critical: QualityI went here 7/17/21 for mani and pedi, found them on Google. The place is nice, quiet and neat but the technique is lacking a lot, especially in acrylic nails. I did tips, my index finger broke on Monday 7/20 doing absolutely nothing. I called them and explained what happened, told me to come in the same day to fix it, got it fixed and I explained to them the dipping powder technique they’re using will not last the way they’re doing it, told them it’ll break again. But they insisted it won’t and they’re just “double it” and they then told me they don’t do acrylic powder, which I didn’t found out until I came back to fix my broken nail. Fast forward 5 days later, middle finger broke, and I can see crack on the side of the other ones too. I have a trip in two days and will have zero time to go get this fix. I’m highly disappointed and as much as I like how clean they are and would love to support all women minority business, the quality of work when it comes to tips is just not there. They need to hire people that know more than just painting nails. I went here 7/17/21 for mani and pedi, found them on Google. The place is nice, quiet and neat but the technique is lacking a lot, especially in acrylic nails. I did tips, my index finger broke on Monday 7/20 doing absolutely nothing. I called them and explained what happened, told me to come in the same day to fix it, got it fixed and I explained to them the dipping powder technique they’re using will not last the way they’re doing it, told them it’ll break again.
