I want to thank the kind young women who did my dip manicure and pedicure yesterday. When i arrived, i explained how bad my previous experience at a different salon (see my other reviews) had been. I explained i wanted to remove the old, poorly done dip and fake tip and that i wanted to have new ones done.

I got these done maybe 9 days ago and all together four popped off..I am not rough on my hands, mind you. They were VERY poorly done and I was charged 50$ for them! My daughters 11th birthday was coming up and she wanted her nails done as well, it was her first time so we got this matching set. Tell me WHY THEY CHARGED me another 50 DOLLARS FOR AN 11 YEAR OLDS NAILS?! It wasn’t because of the length, hers are not long at all. There was no added rhinestones or designs, just plain black tips. They didn’t even tell us how much her nails would be until the end but I was shocked at the amount they just charged and with that being said, I shouldn’t be having ANY falling off yet. The tips are uneven, they’re just garbage. I’ll never go here again and I’m super disappointed with the entire experience. Don’t waste your money.

Unfortunately they re-use files, don’t clean implements after each use and when you think they are using a bag in the pedicure bowls to keep you safe and clean, they pop a hole in it to allow the jets to move the water. They don’t clean the jets which means they are not cleaning out the previous persons toenail clippings, toenail goo and cuticle cuttings. And in my case…my blood. They cut me pretty bad and just acted like it didn’t happen. I highly suggest you do NOT go here. Unless of course you want someone else’s nasty foot filing water on your feet

Critical: CleanlinessMy pedicure was rushed and they did not pay attention to detail, e.g. cuticles, etc. I also had tips put on and Trish was visibly annoyed, put polish on directly after filing (she did not clean the dust off before polishing my nails), she didn’t clip cuticles, I ended up having to file my own nails because she disappeared for 10 minutes in the middle of my manicure and the nails were bulky and misshapen. The chairs were worn and the massage feature didn’t function well. The salon was filthy. Pretty sure I’ll end up with a fungus. I left feeling frustrated and annoyed. I took my granddaughter there to get her nails done. They were busy but even then we didn’t have a long wait. They do a great job and my granddaughter always has her nails done here because they are quick and she never has a problem with their work.

My nails look terrible they have whites patches all underneath them. I tried to explain that to them and they yelled at me and said that’s the way they’re supposed to look. I have wore my nails for 40 years and never have I had them look like this and they still charged me knowing I’m unsatisfied…. I ask her to please fix them she told me no.
