Literally one of the best experiences I ever had. I walked in nervous not really knowing what to expect but Gaka made sure she talked me everything. She explained to me about all the products she was using on my skin. She listen to my concerns and we came up with a plan together for my skin. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The whole experience was delightful from the ambiance to the staff to the service performed. I felt at home with how friendly Toki was and it was like catching up with a friend. At first, I experienced a difficult time locating the building, but she called and guided me to the correct facility. The facility was clean and have a strict Covid policy. Toki greeted me and provided instructions for the service. She also provided a brief description of her other services and explained the membership benefits of the spa. She took sanitary precautions during the service such as wearing a mask and gloves, replacing her gloves when they were contaminated, placing a disposable cover on the heating bed, and not double dipping the wax stick. Her hair removal technique was awesome! I barely felt pain. She uses hard wax to remove the hair. I have really coarse hair, so the hard wax was necessary for my service. Let me first start off by saying this was by far the best experience I have had ever getting any service! Toki made it more than comfortable. I booked the Brazilian Wax Vajacial and left looking at the schedule to see what else I could get done. This by far was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
