I took my two older kids to get our nails done. The oldest and I got a full set, and my son just got a manicure. The man that did my nails (I think his name is Tito?) did a WONDERFUL job. Exactly what I wanted. Tina did my oldest’s nails and did a fabulous job as well. They were also playing a bunch of hits from my childhood. This is the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! Sam did my nails, and even though they were an hour from closing, she didn’t rush at all and she was so sweet. Charged $35 for nail polish to be removed from 3 toenails. They weren’t fully polished, by the way. Lady doing my nails told me not to touch her. Keep in mind SHE’S DOING NAILS!! So how could you possibly not touch her hands! But took payment from hand with NO PROBLEM. Plus, was in there from 10am-1:30pm! For a full set and toenails polished!! Wasn’t busy and a lot of people came after me and left before me. Was about 3 people before me. Horrible customer service, go take your money elsewhere! Will not return

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because I received the worst service I’ve ever experience yesterday. I’ve been here multiple times and had okay experiences but yesterday was horrible in my opinion. To start it off, I checked in (around 1:30) and a lady doing nails asked me what I was getting so I told her. After that she gave no other instruction, so I sat there and waited for about 10mins. Two ladies then enter and she does the same thing but this time tells them to pick a color and go to the back. So I watched them then I proceeded to do the same. They only had 3 workers doing pedicures on a Saturday. I had to ask someone where I should sit and sat in that chair for a while before I was acknowledged. Right when I was about to get up and leave (around 2:00) I was greeted and this was ONLY because the ladies that came after me acknowledged I was there before them. The worker told me she would be with me shortly and I knew that wasn’t true. My feet finally touched water at 2:32. This lady then proceeded to rush through my pedicure (water was drained around 2:56). Also, she was constantly up doing other things throughout my service. When it was time to pay (around 3:15), I asked if there was a way they can check what time I checked in. The lady proceeded to say that they weren’t able to and it’s only for check in and check out (makes zero sense as to why they have it then). At this point I wasn’t in the mood to argue and was ready to go home so I proceeded to pay which I shouldn’t have. I will never be going back here again.

I believe this establishment is racist. No one was there. It was one lady ahead of me, I needed a polish change on my toes and the owner with the bad teeth tooth me too come back tomorrow, because it was to busy. This is the second time I feel discriminated here & left. The first time is when the same lady with the rotten teeth and bad haircut just threw out a price for my toes after telling her what I wanted instead of going according to their price list.

The nail Technician used the nippers on my toes and cut me twice. My toes are still burning. This was after transposing the numbers on the color that I chose and had to start all over after trying to convince me it was the correct color. She finally realized the error and apologized. She also cut my cuticle with the drill on one of my fingers. It is still hurting. The lady was nice but my toes and finger do not like her right now.

I went here today to get my nails done for vacation. To be honest I probably could have done just as good of a job by myself at home. You can see my cuticle under the polish(see photo). The women also would NOT stop badgering me about getting gel. I didn’t want it and I said it about 10 times. She did not want to take no for and answer and it was very annoying. I gave an extra star because the women who did my toes was very nice. It’s also very expensive for what you get. I would not recommend.
