Vicky did amazing on my nails. She took her time and made sure that everything looked perfect. I have a wide thumb and she was able to accommodate it fairly well considering most salons don’t have wide fit sets. She even helped me pick the right colors for the look I wanted. I came here once with my mother and my ESA little dog which they had no problem with and there was another dog there who they had given water to and it was loose. I had made an appointment to which they said I hadn’t so I showed them our calls and they took us when they had space. The ladies who worked on us were amazing. Great work so kind. They complimented my dog on how well mannered he was. I made another appointment to go and as soon as I got there there were people waiting and I said we had an appointment and I got no response except “no dogs allowed.” Nothing about our appointment and she turned around and left. So it is obvious appointments are not respected at this establishment which is sad because they were quite skilled at manicures. The princes on the website are also not correct, Add about $10 to each service and it’s closer. If you want to go I would just show up and see if they have time because an appointment is not getting you anything. Sad I have to look for another place. Hopefully other people have a better experience.

I’ve been needing to get my nails done and just relax a but so I went out on a relaxing day and XOXO was where I started. I didn’t have any particular expectations for this location but I was so happy to see that they used sealed clean tools for each person. Like in sealed, sterile packaging which made me so happy.
