My daughter booked this appointment solely based on the work of a stylist on her Instagram. She paid the booking fee all on her own. There was no address in the young lady’s bio, as we found out later she was transitioning to this salon less than a week prior…my daughter was told she would receive an email of the address which happened to be the address of the previous salon. So of course when we got there, the stylist informed us that she was no longer based out of that particular salon.(which we we never received any notification of such)We call to try and get things straight and find out how we can get the correct address, as we are told that we are late and have to pay a late fee…ok( fine we will pay the fee at this point) we get to the correct location and we are greeted with the most hostile energy. She says that she will have to take another client, which is fine but she’s not sure what time it will be when we can return. She says she will contact us once she’s finished and available. So we wait…a half hour later she tells us to be there at 11:45.(She also texts to ask if she can get a different style because she doesn’t feel like being in the salon late at night.)Another young lady in the salon informs us that she was outside getting her keys”. Ok, so we wait in the lobby. 15 minutes go by and there is nothing..no young lady. We decide to leave. This was a very unfortunate event because it did not have to go the way it went. This young lady does a great job as seen on her advertisement via social media. However she must continue to work on her professionalism when dealing with customers.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI had to wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment and was only seen when I said something about it. For a wash and flat iron I spent 6 hours there, total time spent on my hair was about 1 1/2 hours. Stacey did my hair and 4 days later it started falling out. I reached out to her and she told me to get a protein treatment, and that it had nothing to do with what she did. I have never had hair loss in my life and this occurred directly after she did my hair. For a wash and flat iron I spent 6 hours there, total time spent on my hair was about 1 1/2 hours. Stacey did my hair and 4 days later it started falling out. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, [email protected]_This lady was supposed to do my hair. I scheduled my appointment July 25th. She sent me the address. So I went to that location and she was no longer working there fired/quit. I have no clue. She didn’t communicate that with me. Mind you she got a new location a week before my appointment. She said she emailed me the location. (She didn’t) she said her new location was in her bio go to her bio it’s not there. She want me to go to the booking website. WHO is going to keep checking the booking website to see if you changed the location. Like you don’t got my number or Instagram. Anyways she tried to charge me a $10 late fee. Like it was my fault. So I rescheduled for later that day. Come a 11:45 she text me. Word for word “hey tbh with you I don’t want be in the shop until 1am can you consider getting medium instead of small” First off your booking site says 6 hours so why would we be there at 1am.
