Stopped by for a 30min massage to relieve the tension in my neck. The lady came out and I could see she was working on a client. So I didn’t expect an immediate appointment. I told her I needed a 30 min neck and upper back. She replied that she’s busy. She didn’t offer an alternative appointment time, she didn’t ask if I could come back; she showed ZERO need for by business. I asked when she had availability. My question seemed to frustrate her. I’m not begging anyone to support THEIR business. I’m sure I can find a more customer focused spa.
