She had gloves on, and the oil was very high friction, I got a bit sweaty because of it. Very inconsistent pressure and technique throughout. Was given a 60 min massage certificate as a gift. Multiple times the lady massaging me stopped to answer a text on her phone or leave the room because the doorbell went off. And once she even took a personal call while in the room and stopped massaging me. Massage was only 40 mins not including the multiple times she left. Then she demanded I give her a tip (which I always tip for even mediocre service) but the customer service was horrible. Massage was decent
