This is a great, reputable place for a massage, and it can’t be a better deal. However it’s a little different in the sense you stayed clothed and it’s in a communal setting. You start out lying on your back with your feet in a warm bath, they start massaging your head and neck and once they get down to your feet they dry them and massage them, you will flip on your stomach and the massage continues. Definitely quality massage therapists, the place is clean, and you can usually get an appointment the same day. Would recommend.

I’ve NEVER experienced a massage that included laughter, playing and talking with the masseurs with each other then I have today. Then to be told “then don’t come back” after stating I was displeased with my service. Lastly, to be asked for a tip even after being dissatisfied. I’m so disappointed in this experience.

I am appalled by the rudeness of the front guy /who is the manager of the place. I came in for a foot massage , service was good I paid for the massage and gave the tip to the person who did the massage , later when exiting the manager asked me if I tipped the guy, I said EXCUSE ME, he stopped me in the door way and then said hold on ill ask if you tipped my employee, first of all I worked at customer service for years and never ever heard or anyone asking me if I tipped them. This is optional and should not be demanded to tip, which I DID!!!!

If you’re looking for a quick, basic massage then this is the place for you. Personally I thought I would be getting a massage in a private room, not with 10 other beds. It kind of makes it uncomfortable knowing others are going a massage right next to you. Personally, I don’t like that, but others might not care as much as I do. The massage was good except that I wish they focused more on the areas that hurt you (for me, that was my back). What I noticed is that they spend approximately 5 minutes on each part of your body and that’s how you get the 60 minutes of massage. I think I would’ve liked it better if we got to choose which areas on our body we want a massage. For example when they gave me the foot massage, I didn’t need or want that I would’ve rather they spent that 10 minutes on my lower back where I needed the massage the most, but they don’t even ask you up front what you want to do. I literally booked the appointment, checked in and immediately was taken to the back without being asked what type of massage I wanted. I had to tell them. Then they don’t explain what they are going to do. So you’re walking in completely blind for the first time. All in all, customer service wasn’t all that but hey, you get what you pay for. If I do come back here it would be as my last resort & because I’m in lots of pain & I need quick pain relief.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The man at the front desk is so rude. My masseuse seemed inexperienced and did not give me a good experience. She talked to the masseuse next to us the bulk of my 90 minute massage. She kept stopping (at least 4 times) my massage to go into another area to get supplies. They demand a tip, even if you are dissatisfied with the service. They were not receptive to any constructive criticism. Their solution was to not return if you don’t like the service. I’ve been to this location several times and this was by far the worst experience.

This was my first and unfortunately last time visiting this establishment. My massage tech was great but the owner at the front desk was extremely rude. I was with a group of five and only two of us enjoyed our services. Our services were already fully paid and tips are known to be optional. The owner chased a few of the ladies outside to demand a tip and they denied due to unsatisfactory services. The owner then said “DON’T COME BACK HERE”!!!. Which I feel was appalling to hear a owner tell a paying customer not to return, instead of asking how can he fix the issues at hand.
