First of all, the whole place smelled like weed when i came at 10am. Arturo, The guy who did my lashes smelled like weed and his fingers where all over my face i had to ask him to wash his hands. We didnt even talk about the length or style i had wanted he just went ahead and got started i had to ask him to stop so we can discuss. The place is kind of warm so his hands were very moist all over my forehead. I was told my lashes would look natural but they look kind of wild. Do not recommend. He asked me if i wanted to reschedule w another person cause i was kind of uncomfortable and thats my fault i shouldve went with my gut. Paid 70bucks i guess they look ok

The woman who did my lashes was nice but worked slow and by the time the hour and a half was up, my lashes were not even fully filled. Lashes began falling out days after and completely gone a week later. I would never go back even for the price.

Was initially impressed, then, a few days later too many lashes started falling out… EDIT: only go to Anna, Trinh, Kelly, or any of the women in there. the man takes a long time and a lot of lashes fall out very early. My eyelashes looked 3 weeks old at 8 days when i went to Anna to get a fill. She took them out and replaced them with hybrids that lasted about 2 months. Pleased, and will come back

***WARNING***Unfortunately, first thing they were late for the appointment. My appointment was at 1015 and they didn’t arrive til after that no called the number and she didn’t answer or text back. Then the lady try to update…oh you bought synthetic but do you want Mink. I know what I paid for. I always get my lashes done and never had a problem and they lasted. She says my lashes we’re too fine oh BUT the Mink lashes would hold smh. Please don’t waste your money here.

Young asian man did my lashes, don’t remember his name, he does beautiful work. I got the full set of short black mink lashes. Looked fabulous. Lasted 2-1/2 months. Reasonably priced. I got short lashes because I wear glasses and did not want lashes brusing up against eyeglasses. Mink eyelashes light as a feather, did not even feel them at all. Would highly recommend to everyone!!!

didn’t get to experience lash extensions,I was a first time client and first time getting lash extensions, but I had to leave. I had set an appointment at 4:30, I got there 30mins early. lady was busy, ok I understood. I went back at 4:30, she said it would be 15 mins. I waited til 5pm, I asked if it was gonna be much longer, she said 5more mins. I told her I waited 30 mins already, I left. never again! you lost a customer.

Zero stars. I tried 3 separate “lash applicators” and all of them were terrible, most lashes fell out within 3 days, lashes are hard and brittle.
