This is the best nail salon in the state. Yen, Linda, and Anne are wonderful. The salon is beautiful, clean, and modern. My daughter and I are so pleased with our nails. They paid such close attention to detail. Checked in often to see that we were happy with our services and to check that we were happy with nail shape, polish color, and if anything was uncomfortable, too hot, too cold etc. I can’t say enough about this salon. It is wonderful.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will not be retuning here after they absolutely destroyed my natural nails. On their website I booked an acrylic soak off and pedicure. I had acrylic overlay on my natural nails and wanted it removed so I could do dip powder instead. The acrylic was about a month old and had not been filled ever. Instead of soaking my acrylic off, Yen ripped the acrylic off my fingers with some tool she wedged underneath the acrylic. My fingernails were absolutely destroyed, weak, and had to be cut down to the finger and I had zero length left. Cheap salons use this shortcut and ruin nailbeds in the process. i had kim do my nails for my wedding day & when i tell you SHE IS THE SWEETEST PERSON. ugh i just loved her, i swear she was more excited about my wedding than i was haha, she was extremely fast but also had super high quality, she took my vision & went above & beyond! my nails go to my cuticles, no gaps, she made sure to ask for my opinion every step, & at the end she lotioned & massaged my hands which i’ve ever experienced when getting a mani. i would be a regular for her if i didn’t live in florida! 100/10, love this place.

My coworker and I went in and got our nails done yesterday, and Raquel did such an awesome job! She was very sweet, and patient with me because I have a hard time relaxing the muscles in my hands. She also helped me pick out an amazing color for my gel polish, and I feel like a princess with my sparkly pink nails. I catch myself staring at my fingers because I love the way that they look. This salon is very pretty!! Friendly staff, but over priced. The picture below was my dip powder manicure that costs $55. They charge an extra $5 for matte top coat. The color I chose was a light green and when applied it looks blue. They also charge extra if you want more then 3 different colors. Nice salon, but there is definitely more salons in the area for way less!

I made an appointment to get an acrylic fill. My pinkie nail broke a few days before the appointment and was bleeding and incredibly sore to the touch. I wrapped it with a bandaid and asked the nail tech not to touch or do anything with my pinkie nail. We get to the polish portion of my fill and she asked if i was sure I didn’t want my pinkie done and I said yes, I’m sure. She then asked if I could remove the bandiad so she could just look at it. I took the bandaid off and she pulled my hand under the plastic wall that separated the two of us and immediately put her drill to my nail. What was left of my already broken acrylic nail shattered, and the drill clipped my real nail and ripped it from my nail bed. I started immediately bleeding quite heavily. She grabbed a cotton swab and held pressure for only a few seconds until she pulled my hand further away from me and dumped nail glue on the wound. She was holding my hand where I purposely could not see my pinkie. She quickly grabbed her acetone soaked brush, dipped it in acrylic powder, and put acrylic over my entire bleeding nail. I did not give her permission to grind my nail, or put chemicals in my dirty, bleeding wound. I was sobbing in pain and fear of infection at this point. She spent the rest of the time trying to convince me that she did it so I wouldn’t hurt myself with the broken nail that I had before. She even said, “I see tattoos all over you. Do you cry when you get those too?” Please, please do not go here. I also asked for gold glitter on white nail but she didn’t give me a choice and put silver blue glitter on them instead. When it was finally time to leave, she charged me full price, and the credit card machine wouldn’t let me not tip. It forced me to give her a minimum of 15%. I spent $40 to get (what I feel) is assaulted.

This used to be my go-to nail salon but the quality has recently changed. I was pressured into trying dip nails (rather than gel) and they ruined my nails horribly, and my real nails would chip off with the dip polish after a week. I went to get it removed and my usually very thick nails are now paper thin. During my last appointment the women next to me was also being pressured to get a massage and add other services. She did better at refusing. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place any longer and won’t be back.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at Xclusive Nail Lounge. I paid for the $42 pedicure … they only scrubbed for my feet for no more than a minute and my feet aren’t smooth at all. The massage was 2 minutes tops. I’m extremely disappointed… it just seemed rushed and haphazard.
