I really like this nail salon. First, theyre doing a great job following safety protocol. Everyone wears masks, all customers must wash their hands, and they limit the amount of people in the salon. Ive had my nails done by Alex, Brittany, and Dayami here and they all do a really great job. They have an eye for detail and my gels never chip or peel when I get them done here. I had a pedi and gel mani done by Dayami today and it was wonderful. This is my new favorite nail place.

Lovvvvvve my nails!!!! My nail lady (Mayline) was awesome she kept asking me did I like my nails do I want her to fix or change anything after she cut an shaped them. Loved that, the place is decorated beautifully by the owner and is a lovely lady as well. Will definitely make this my new nail shop to go to grpm now on. I’m from N.Y. so I haven’t had much luck on nail shops here so coming here was very refreshing. Happy loyal customer

We all talk and have a blast.As far as my nails, I’ve never had strong, long, natural nails. With Brittany – they’ve grown insanely long and they have so much strength to them. These two ladies are amazing at their art and I’d never trade them for anything! I’m plus, the front desk receptionist, Alex is always on point with your appointments. If you need to change anything or need anything she is right there. If you are ever in Orlando or just moved here, they are a must. Moved to Orlando back in 2018. It’s took me over a year to find the perfect mail salon and when I found it, I was forever stuck lol. The whole Xclusive nail team are personable, friendly, outgoing, and super understanding. I always book with Alex or Brittany. Brought my mother in law this past Sep. Britney took 6 hrs to do her nails. She was planning to get her pedi done too (we told her at the beginning and when I made the appointment), couldn’t even do it because they legit were closing by the time she was done with her nails. My mother in law didn’t get the shape she wanted nor the designs, even tho we showed her pictures, she just threw in there a couple of stones. Listening to the other techs and guests talking, the OWNER says that she will never put up a go fund me page because if anything happened to her, her family “got her”. You just never know what your clients are going through and for her to say something so insensitive, blew my mind, my mother in laws daughter passed away recently and they have a go fund me page. I reached out the following day after letting it all sink in, spoke to the receptionist (very nice young girl), and a couple of days later the owner left me a voice mail and ended it with “I hope to see you and your mother in law in our facility soon”. I’ve recommended so many people to this place prior to. I will never step foot in there again. If I couldn’t give them no, start….this review would have no star.
