After trying EVERYTHING to make my hair not look like a thin, limp suggestion of a hairstyle, Nicole carefully has installed extensions that make me look like a human with a full head of hair again. She also is efficient in her time so that I can get a color, cut, extensions in a short amount of time (other salons, I’d be there for what felt like a whole day.) Nicole is like a magician with my hair. I have had all of the wrong kinds of colors, cuts, products – until I met her a few years ago. She educated me and made excellent recommendations. I finally love my hair and will never trust anyone but her with my cut, color or beaded extensions. Her space is gorgeous and kept meticulously clean. I have always welcomed the opportunity to say something about Nicole and her wonderful salon. I have frequented Xavier’s Color Concepts since even before Nicole became the owner. I remember watching her when she got there and knowing right then that she was going to be my stylist and the “next big thing” in Westchester. Her talent, energy and enthusiasm were contagious and I knew that no one was going to ever touch my hair again unless her name was Nicole. I looked forward to every visit with her. I am extremely fussy about my hair and the color. My color is amazing with rich caramel highlights that only Nicole can accomplish. Her cuts make it simple for me to style my hair and while I used to dread my haircuts before Nicole, I don’t even wince when Nicole has her scissor. I know that it will come out just the way I wanted. I am always asked where I have my hair done and am always proud to say Nicole at Xavier’s Color Concepts. My day at the salon is always one that I look forward to because in addition to her talent, Nicole has the most amazing personality and always makes it fun to be there. I walked in to Xavier’s to get information about the salon as my wonderful hair stylist is moving and I am searching for a new one in my area. The receptionist didn’t even smile when I approached the desk. I explained my situation and she seemed like she could care less about a perspective new client for the salon. I had to ask for a list of services. I asked a couple of questions about highlights that she really did not answer. I walked out saying to myself that I won’t be patronizing this place anytime soon!
