Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI came across Xanthia via Groupon. I purchased the Groupon for IPL laser treatment. After purchase I called the number listed. My call was not answered or returned. I then attempted to contact via text. Scheduling was a hassle from the beginning. We discussed 2 days and I agreed to the one I was available. She stopped replying. I had to text 2 more times asking for the time. Then she texts me to tell me she changed my time. Not ask first, if that was ok. I made arrangements to accommodate this time and blew it off. Things happen. My appt was set for Saturday. It is Thursday. She just text me again to TELL me she is “moving me to 20th, what time?” Not “I’m sorry but…”. I am understanding and quite easy to work with but this has been a hassle and unprofessional from the beginning. When I told her I could not make this time and she told me to contact Groupon for a refund.If you want to deal with someone who you have to stay on top of for a reply, don’t care about being told you have been moved and won’t take your calls, then Stephanie at Xanthia can make that happen for you. I set up a baby sitter weeks ago and have changed on them twice already. A baby sitter during a pandemic with an infant is not an easy thing to come by.
