Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTo our valued customers/clients! Due to decreased/limited staffing and becoming appointment based, we do not accept any third party coupons/discounts i.e. Clipper, Living Social, Groupon effective April, 2021. Over the years, clients would purchase the Groupon coupons and then wait until they are eligible to purchase another one. Despite satisfaction, customers typically will not come back and pay for a regular priced service and this is just not sustainable for any business. Interestingly, though the Groupon ADs are still showing and customers have purchased their coupons, our company have not received any benefits since May, 2021 (50% of your purchase). They are aware that their relationship with the salon has been discontinued evidenced by multiple phone calls to their corporate office. We do questions what has happened with the funds that should have been disbursed to Xanadu since customers continue to buy the coupons nevertheless. This is an unfortunate situation having been with Groupon since 2011. If you have purchased any of these or others coupons, please communicate with the perspective party to obtain your money back. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
