From scheduling the appointment over the phone to walking out the door I was 100% satisfied with my service. My hairstylist’s name was Ari (spelling?) and she was sweet as pie. I called less than an hour before my appointment, just needed a wash/condition and a trim. She answered my hair questions and did a very nice shampoo/condition. She didn’t get water in my ears (not that I would complain about that but its a plus) and she had great conversation and personality and care. Booked again and will be looking forward to it! Thank you, Ari!

The salon itself is always well kept and everyone is helpful and friendly. But, it has now been months and I’m still in the process of growing out an awful haircut done by Erik. I had a pixie cut that had grown out long enough to finally cut into an even length bob. (It almost resembled a mullet, I just wanted the back shortened so it all was equal length). I asked him not to touch any of the length in the front of my face as it had taken the longest to grow, and to bring the back up to give me a blunt angled bob with no layers that way my short hair finally looked intentional and edgy while growing it out. Somehow Erik took this as only cut the front length (that I spent a year growing that finally reached past my chin), leave the back long, AND give me layers. When I asked for him to fix the haircut he left me with an almost half inch thick layer wrapping around the dead middle of the back of my head, that same singular layer wrapped to the sides and the left side was almost an inch higher than the right. It’s going to take months until the layers themselves get long enough to once again attempt to even out. All I know is, as a stylist, you need to ACTUALLY listen to your clients. I won’t be coming in again to go to Erik specifically for sure.

She knows what she is doing and is damn good at it and fast…She recommend products that My hair would benefit from which I was very grateful she did. Critical: QualityI chose to go here because I had heard they have stylist that work well with curly hair. From the start I told my stylist I wanted it shoulder length and no bangs since some of the pictures I was showing her had models with bangs. I also asked her to cut my hair longer than the actual length I wanted because my hair would shrink after I got it wet and styled it. She agreed to leave extra length and cut the “bang” pieces to lip length. I left with a chin length inverted bob and straight across bangs. I cried for 6 hours when I got home. First time visiting this salon… omw i am in love with this place. It is so beautiful and relaxing i didn’t want to leave. The stylist are so talented and you can tell the owner takes care of her employees. Everyone is happy and they have a smile on their face.

I booked the Brazilian Blowout via their website. I was told it was $60 but then at checkout I was told it was $120. The salon itself was clean however the hair washing stations are uncomfortably smooshed together. My stylist was friendly and made the entire treatment feel like a relaxing time. She kindly explained the process of the Brazilian Blowout to me before beginning. She was planning on straightening each strand of my hair 5 times. I told her under no circumstances was she to use a hair straightener on each strand of my hair more than once. She must have thought she knew more about my fine hair than I do because she burnt off huge chunks of my hair. I’m talking 5 inches off of multiple sections of my hair next to my face. When I seen my missing hair in the mirror I confronted her. She tried telling me I walked in like that. I most definitely did not walk in like that. Worst of all my hair was just as statically as before my Brazilian Blowout. I would not recommend this place to anyone I like.
