Words cannot describe how upset I am. I asked for one thing and came out completely with another. My hair was left uneven, and so so so short. It was clear to me she messed up and kept cutting in order to fix it, but it just made it worse. The whole service seemed rushed, unfortunately. She even had the gall to talk to the other hair dresser about how she messed up someone else’s hair while she was cutting mine. On the bright side, hair grows back, but I will not be returning.
