The store is always clean and the staff are welcoming, friendly, and are quick to acknowledge you. It is definitely a place I trust to always have a good experience. i just recently started coming to this salon to get my nails done and i love it! The store is always clean and the staff are welcoming, friendly, and are quick to acknowledge you. It is definitely a place I trust to always have a good experience. Critical: QualityI got a bad shellac pedicure. I got my shellac pedi a week ago and the shellac is completely peeling off. I asked the tech to clean up my toes, there was a lot of shellac curated onto my skin and it still wasn’t enough. I thought it would come off in the shower after a few days but it’s still lifting. The color I had picked was also labeled wrong so I had to stay with the white base they placed. I got a bad shellac pedicure. I got my shellac pedi a week ago and the shellac is completely peeling off. I asked the tech to clean up my toes, there was a lot of shellac curated onto my skin and it still wasn’t enough. I thought it would come off in the shower after a few days but it’s still lifting.
